Easter competition

Take part in our Forest Plan consultation soon to be in with the chance of winning an Easter selection of luxury chocolates handmade in Merseyside by The Chocolate Cellar.

All you need to do is visit the Forest Plan webpage, read the Plan and add a comment either to the map or the "general comments" section.

Get your comments in by noon on Friday 22nd March 2013 to be part of the draw. The consultation itself continues until the end of April.

Full competition rules
The competition to win an Easter selection of luxury chocolates will run from Wednesday 13th March 2013 to noon on Friday 22nd March 2013 inclusive. To enter you must visit www.merseyforest.org.uk/plan and add a pin, vote or comment on the map or submit a "general comment", providing your email address and/or phone number. The draw allows one entry per person, i.e. you are welcome to add lots of pins, votes and comments to the map, but your name will only be in the prize draw once. Members of The Mersey Forest Team or their direct family members are ineligible to win.

After the closing date, a provisional winner will be picked at random and contacted by phone/email. The provisional winner must reply to The Mersey Forest by noon on Monday 25th March with their postal address where the prize should be sent. Failure to do this will mean a different winner will be randomly chosen. In this case, the initial provisional winner will be ineligible for any share of the prize. The Mersey Forest shall not have any liability in such an eventuality. For this reason we recommend that entrants provide both a telephone number and email address to aid us in successfully making contact with you. The tickets cannot be substituted for cash or any alternative prize.

The winner will be announced at www.merseyforest.org.uk/news by Thursday 28th March 2013. The competition is promoted by The Mersey Forest, Risley Moss, Ordnance Avenue, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6QX.
