Pinfold Wood

Pinfold Wood is a small community woodland situated near the centre of Knowsley Village. Public footpaths through the wood connect it to the Village, as well as with the wider network of community woodlands and public rights of way, which allow you to explore the beautiful countryside around the Village. The woodland itself is a mature broadleaf woodland, identifiable on maps dating back to 1894, with possible historical links with the Knowsley Hall estate that once owned and managed the land and woodlands in this area.
