Town Park is an expansive green oasis amongst Runcorn's housing estates. It incorporates Windmill Hill, a steep wooded ridge to the east, Phoenix Park, which slopes down to the Bridgewater Canal and its towpath, and even a miniature railway and a dry ski slope.
